This policy sets out the cancellation and refund rules for services provided under the Fethiye Lovers brand by Yaşar Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (transfers, car rental, tours/activities, villa rentals, and related services) booked via www.fethiyelovers.com.

1) Definitions

• Operation Date: The date on which the service will be performed (e.g., transfer pick-up date, tour/activity date, car delivery/pick-up date, villa check-in date).
• Written Notice: A cancellation request submitted in writing (by email or another written channel accepted by us) and recorded by our team.

2) Cancellation Timeline & Refund Rules (Key Terms)

A) Cancellations 30 days or earlier before the Operation Date

If you cancel in writing at least 30 days before the Operation Date (the 30th day included), you are entitled to a full refund.

However:

• For credit/debit card payments, bank/payment provider commissions and transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
• If an invoice has already been issued, tax amounts that are subject to invoicing/accounting requirements may be deducted from the refund amount (in line with applicable tax and accounting rules).

B) Cancellations made within the last 30 days before the Operation Date

For cancellations made within the last 30 days before the Operation Date, no refund will be provided.

Example: If the Operation Date is 31 July, cancellations made between 1 July and 31 July fall within the “last 30 days” period and are non-refundable. Cancellations on 30 June or earlier (with written notice) are eligible for a refund under section A.

3) How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and should include:

• Full name
• Booking/payment details (booking reference if available)
• Service type (transfer/tour/car rental/villa, etc.)
• Operation Date and time
• Date the cancellation request is sent

4) Refund Method & Processing Time

• Refunds are generally processed using the same payment method used for the original payment (card refund/bank transfer, etc.).
• The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
• Any deductions for commissions/transaction fees depend on the terms of the relevant payment infrastructure.

5) Changes (Date/Time/Route) vs. Cancellation

If you request a change instead of a cancellation, we will evaluate it based on operational feasibility, availability, and the specific service type. Additional charges may apply. If a change is not possible, the cancellation rules above will apply.

6) No-Show and Late Arrival

If the customer does not show up at the agreed time/location, cannot be reached, or arrives late in a way that prevents the service from being provided, this will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided under the “last 30 days” rule.

7) Force Majeure and Operational Requirements

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, official authority decisions, severe weather/sea conditions, security risks) or operational requirements that prevent the service from being delivered or require a schedule/program change, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

8) Additional Terms

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to reservations made via www.fethiyelovers.com. If a specific service has additional service-specific terms, those terms may prevail in case of conflict.
